i am client their homepage is offline and all servers, for example 72.36.129.18 70.86.109.18

There's no need to cry here. We are working on the issue right after the minute your site is offline. And to correct your info, only servers at TP D5 are affected. 72.36.129.18 is pinging and running fine. Last edited by PremiumHost; 08-04-2009 at 07:09 PM.
