Was just about post the same thing - servers plus their own site are down for me. :-/

Called support (980-322-0195 (option 2)) and they are un-aware of any problems and requested a tracert to support (at) carohosting (dotcom) // Edit: Reply from Support via Email Hello, We are looking into this currently, and will update you soon. I noticed they also changed their SLA after the last major downtime.

from 100% of a month credit to 50% maximum. Also I believe the credits were a bit easier to obtain on the old SLA.
