Hostlatte dead?

My site at Hostlatte has been down for around 4 hours so far - anyone else having problems? Can't even get to their main site. Cheers!

It appears that the nameservers list on hostlatte.com are not responding with proper records for the domain.

Think its something more than that - in the last 2 days I have been online for about an hour (although their support says differently of course) Asked to cancel, get a refund and a backup to no avail as yet.
