Booyah still down

Early today there was an emergency server move at Booyah, and it apparently went fine. But when Fernis had us change the nameservers to a new IP, everything went down---no sites, no email. The Booyah site is down as well, so can't submit a ticket, and the phone number is out of service. We've got some angry clients calling us, and I'm not sure what more to tell them. Fernis is usually responsive, and we heard from him mid-day that they are working on it, but no mention of the nameservers as the root of the issue, which our diagnostics show is the case, but I can't reach him now to let him know as apparently his mail is down, too. If anyone has any info, can you post here? Thanks!
