Is anyone able to access ServerConnect.se / Servainet.com? It has been slow this whole weekend I tried to email, aim and call them and get no reply

bobbyjones , we have been staffed hole weeekend 24 hours , you are not the only customer to us and we always reply to all tickets. Then this happening almost we got 1000 of tickets to care and it slow down support time. Check http://status.servainet.com in future to get correct informatiion about what happening. Right now we have a ddos attack from china and or isp are involved to block this out. Server that are getting this ddos attack have been removed from our network.
