rapidswitch have a bad routing

Trace complete. the site is working but i can't open it http ssh whm cpanel can any one help me? or i have to change that bad company

Your server is down, that doesn't mean bad routing on rapidswitch. You should submit a reboot request ASAP.

my server is not down the server is working if it is down..........tracrt will not gives any data u can search for rapidswitch-gw1.ip4.tinet.net @ google and u will see what i am saying about

You said Did you mean you can open websites, ssh, whm, and cpanel?

i can't open mysite with http or with ssh or whm or cpanel but the site is working with others that problem happens for 10 minutes "site stop working @ my pc" then the site works again also that problem happens with my visitors
