i can't see to access our server at layered since last 1 hour, are they down?

Their main site seems to be loading up from here

there support numbers on voice mail !!!! there support center is located here http://pentagon.fastservers.net which seems to be down as well!

it seem they just came online. my servers seems online. nobody was answering phone during downtime though may be they was flooded. they are good host never had any issues with them before. edit: looks like down again, roller coaster ride
