JaguarPC down?

Is JaguarPC down? I used host-tracker.com - time-out from all 111 locations, site inaccessible. Most of my sites with them as well as DS are inaccessible as well.

I was just coming here to post the same question. Cannot get to my server, the helpdesk, or to Jag's main site. EDIT: Things slowly coming back. Weird.

Yes, looks like things have come to normal. UPDATE: neither community portal, nor support center are loading - timeouts/database errors. I would really appreciate their representative to comment on that - what's going on. Last edited by Master Bo; 06-08-2010 at 09:44 PM. Reason: update

We are sorry for the outage faced by our clients, it was caused by a problem with one of the switches, the details are posted on our forums and we are investigating into the lack of updates at our backup site at the time of outage by our tech team working at that time.

Thank you very much. I think I may post the URL of your backup blog here, just in case something like that happens once more: JaguarPC Backup Site
