All seems to be down for about 8 minutes now. Can't get to the portal, phone hold times long, assume they're aware...? edit: got through on the phone. They are aware and fixing.

Hello, Any updates?

Posted by FHDave, 07-15-2010, 12:42 AM
Our backup rack there is down as well. Last maintenance was scheduled for 07/10; there is no maintenance scheduled for today.

Posted by bhavicp, 07-15-2010, 12:42 AM
See first post: I seriously doubt they'd do a maintenance without notifying clients.

It's up now.

We recorded 15m (+/- ~1min) of downtime. (1min monitoring intervals)

Posted by IGXHost, 07-15-2010, 01:25 AM
What sucks about this one was that we couldn't enter the client panel. The phone number we tried also didn't work.

Here is the explanation given:

This is the 3rd network outage in a week. First one on July 7th for a few minutes Second yesterday for about a minute Third today. I hope they fix this soon.

Posted by FHDave, 07-15-2010, 02:37 AM
ishan, I monitor our gears there with 1 minute interval using Hyperspin. I have not noticed any downtime until today.

Posted by ishan, 07-15-2010, 02:41 AM
The July 7th downtime was due to a DDOS attack which affected only a few clients. I have not received any information on the downtime yesterday. We have some VOIP servers running, so any downtime lasting even a few seconds is noticed immediately. Ishan

Did not experience any downtime yesterday. Perhaps it was also affecting partial network only.

Well both netriplex.com and uberbandwidth.com were offline, along with the support portal. Are you sure you weren't down? Is your check resolution 10 minutes or 1 minute?

Posted by ishan, 07-15-2010, 01:20 PM
He is talking about a downtime yesterday, this 10 minute downtime was today (I am in India, so GMT +5:30). We faced 3 outages in last 7 days.
