Posted by Jon G, 07-23-2010, 04:14 AM Since hosting with VirtuallyDedicated, I've had the occasional a-few-hours-downtime. This week I experienced the worst: 35 straight hours of downtime, and not a word from the staff. I submitted a ticket on their website, as well as sent a direct e-mail to their support e-mail.
