VirtuallyDedicated - 35 hours continuous downtime

Since hosting with VirtuallyDedicated, I've had the occasional a-few-hours-downtime. This week I experienced the worst: 35 straight hours of downtime, and not a word from the staff. I submitted a ticket on their website, as well as sent a direct e-mail to their support e-mail. Till now, I have yet to receive a reply nor an explanation. I've attached a screenshot from Pingdom.
