I've got the same reply from them I've opened a new ticket, for more explanations - no answer yet. My clients are very angry Hmmm.... It's almost 20 hours down. OMG! Jamie - where are you???

This VPS is my off-site backup, so no immediate danger for me, I still wish they fix it ASAP!

They mentioned SLA on their website, but I couldn't find a link... If they pro-rated 1/30 credit for 1 day downtime, I will move immediately!!

I have no idea about that...no replies, no announcements, no nothing since then.

Hello All, I'd like to apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you, Our UK04 node has gone down. We have some technicians looking into it now but they haven't told us what the problem is. Once we get the node back up and running we will give all clients on the UK04 node 50% credit.

It's been 2 days and counting. Now is 09:31 AM at UK....That is really slow. If the node won't boot, Is it possible migrating our VPS to another node?

Posted by tonysan, 07-26-2010, 06:14 AM
Jake had responded to my ticket said that Ben is in DC right now. Hope they will fix the node! I really don't want to experience another Virpus, PC-Core experience!

Hello, @dinix UK04 is colo'd at a private DC and the guy running it had to attend to his family issues. So its been the first time we haven't had a tech standing by @Jon KVM has been bought and will be installed sometime this week so hopefully an issue like this shouldn't happen again.

What about SLA?

I'm on UK08 and my VPS has been up and down and up and down. Very poor experience with their new OpenVZ servers so far.
