Yep. It's been down for at least 40 minutes. I just got a server with them a few days ago... This isn't a good sign.

I just finished migrating all my sites to them yesterday - and then told everyone how reliability and speed will be much improved now! Uggh. Down about an hour now.

Same with me. I tried to call a couple of times and it was just static. So much for that "100% Uptime Guarantee" they advertise on their site.

It's back up for now. If someone finds out what the problem was, post it here please. I'm leaving for a while and don't feel like waiting on the phone any longer.

Do they have a remotely hosted status page? I found them on twitter and facebook - but no info there.

Still the same for me. Nothing is up yet.

Mine was up just before I hit submit on my last post... Hopefully for good.

Ok seems up now. It also seems like they got a new website online.

Everything seems to be resolved now. Otherwise this is the only downtime I have had with them. They are great and their support is awesome.

How long have you been with them?

we had a switch failure during a bgp update on a downed circuit, in other words the redundant system kicked in, but one of our routing devices failed to properly update and caused a cascade issue for nearly 46 minutes to a large portion of our network. The situation has been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Almost 1 year now.

Thanks for the update.

And to clarify, depending on which network region you are located in, you may still have had 100% access without ping loss, though a large majority were seeing what TMZhosting posted, an un-acceptable level of packet loss for 46 minutes while we corrected the issue. This only impacted routes over 1 of our circuits, but it carried a large majority of our US based traffic destinations. If any additional issues persist, please feel free to contact us at www.turnkeyinternet.net under support, or if in a pinch, feel free to leave a PM here as a few did (and I updated them already). Thank you.
