server outage node2 germany

today we have had an issue with germany NODE 2 failing to boot the server has now successfully been brought back online and the data is being reloaded as we speak. We have worked through the night to get this resolved and thank everyone for their patience you can still raise tickets through the normal channels we expect normal service to resume in 2-3 hours thank you
