Covad T1 in LA is down

A customer's T1 from Covad in city of Commerce, CA has been now down for about an hour. I have been trying to call tech support but I just get put on hold waiting for a technician and then after 15 minutes the line disconnects. Any one else seeing this or know what is going on?
