Hello, 1paket down every 1hr and my server down more then 20hr any no reply my mail too any body know 1paket phone ?

I just tested a server with 1paket, and it is responding. Probably something local to your server?

my server online just few hr then dead. ill cancel my server, i lose my site rank now, down more then 2 days.

Did you login to your server to see if it has been down due to power interruption or something like that? Do you use pingdom or similar monitoring service?

ya i use them and i try to test centralops.net same down, reboot for cp and same down.

Did you try to go into the rescue console? I had problems when updating CentOS 5 some time back.

rescue console then login but i cant install centos error.

What kind of error? In the rescue console you should be able to see your old data, if I don't remember wrong, and pull it out somehow. It was a while since I did that, but I think it should be possible. You might have run into an issue with hardware not being compatible with software, CentOS in this case. It happened to me also.

I would recommend checking the whois 1paket.de and 1paket-shop.com appear to have different phone numbers I normally use http://whois.sc for checking whois

@powergo: please let us know which box do you mean, so i`ll check about this issue and also if it`s right if we didn`t get respond, because we reply within 24h to EVERY mail! we haven`t downtimes at the DC, so it should be a problem at your box/configuration or administration

Are you sure they are not in your spam box as it does happen, have you tried from another email service?

gMail is not infalliable when it comes to e-mail filtering. I have seen it get spam classification wrong quite a few times.

i use forward a copy of incoming mail from gmail.
