Netdepot in Dallas seems to be completely down

I did, ANK-535383, and you sent it to Engineering, it has low priority (generated through your live chat form)

All messages from Live Chat automatically go to Low on Kayako. I upped it to urgent and I believe it is being looked at.

It was an isolated issue so not whole the DC was affected and our engineers got it under control.
