I cannot not login to jaguarpc at all. Are they down for you too?

They're not down: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/jaguarpc.com Try a tracert and see if there's an issue between you and them.

This may have been due to a Ddos on the network, it was mitigated in about 10 to 15 minutes. No services were down, but there was some slowness, for a few minutes.
