gemwebhost.com down - and out?

Gemwebhost.com trouble ticket system doesn't work with a "License Validation Failed." error, all my sites and control panels are down, with the ip address giving "The requested URL /whm was not found on this server." and the domain based login giving nothing. There is no customer login area on their website. History?
