Secured Server Packet Loss

I've been getting massive packet loss the last few days with Secured Server. For the past 24 hours they keep telling me they're working on it, but instead of seeing improvement, right now for over an hour I'm up to over 50% packet loss now with the websites on my server pretty much inaccessible. Anyone else having the same problem? My one month renewal is coming up with them and I'll probably have to switch because this is getting ridiculous.

Hello JStan1, We use CWIE also. Are you seeing the packets being loss through HighWinds also? Please paste a ping/traceroute.
