This is only the first time its gone down, so I know unfortunate things can happen.. hopefully not a frequent occurrence.

Hey there, I apologize for any delay! We are updating the 14 VPS clients that are on this node, some who have already submitted a support ticket. FUZE24 is currently experiencing some unknown issues, and was up and down this morning. Currently its non-accessible, and we are in contact with BurstNET to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they have yet to reply. We will keep everyone updated during this issue - I assure all clients that are on those host machine that all data is safe, even if hardware failure occurs. Please know our Portland (Oregon) facility opens next week, which is a privately held office facility in The Pittock building downtown which is privately managed by HostingFuze - currently the office staffs several servers and our techs; our 1Gbps line is dropping in on Monday, and the ram for the new host machines comes in from Newegg on Tuesday. All hardware, racking equipment, and networking will be managed by us - this will allow us to resolve issues like this within minutes instead of waiting on another Network Operations Center. I appreciate everyone's patience and apologize for the issues that are currently being experienced! Last edited by CD Burnt; 01-16-2011 at 01:59 AM.

I want to update everyone that the node is back online. Our system administration department is investigating the issue and is working with BurstNET to resolve any open hardware issues with the system. Thanks so much for your continued patience!

Thanks so much for your clarification We are working with Burst to possible swap out the CPU, as it's showing irregular wait usage. All clients will be continually updated through our tickets, if opened! Thanks so much for your continued support and business!
