TheServerExperts VPS down? From past 7 hrs we are not able to access our VPS also we are not able to login to vePortal we have submitted ticket but till now didn't get any reply Any one else experiencing this ?

I'm experiencing the same exact thing - I left voicemails, created a support ticket, emailed their emergency email address and still nothing. I'm seeing what i can do through BurstNET...

I tried through BurstNET as well and they gave me the "reseller" run around. But if TheServerExperts is really a reseller, then we are still technically BurstNET's customers.

Our VPS has been down since 13th Jan 2011 (5 days now). There is nobody taking support calls, and nobody answering support tickets and Live support is permanently offline. Dont believe their ******** and lies on their website, this is one provider to stay well away from.
