Hivelocity network issues?

My dedicated server on Hivelocity went down and the remote boot failed also error (snmpset(): No response from IP) Anyone else offline with Hivelocity?

We have had an issue with a core switch since yesterday. That switch was replaced this morning around 4am. If you are still experiencing any issue please open a trouble ticket so we can check into it immediately.
