Same here, i got this email Hello, Our network engineers informed me that there is a provider in Manchester receiving BGP bouncebacks so we have disabled that service. At the same time another provider is performing maintenance. This maintenance can still cause some packet loss, but it is unavoidable until they finish up. The packet loss should be cleared up as soon as these issues are sorted out by our providers. So this may be a packet loss issue you are experiencing because your server is online and responding to ping.
