I cant access my server or volumedrive.com, getting Time to live exceeded when i ping my server ip. Anyone having issues too ? If you've opened a support ticket, we've provided an update. We are seeing latency on upstream providers that we are currently investigating. We'll post an update soon once we have confirmed the issue.

No problem. We had a few BGP resets that could have caused a brief outage or latency. Everything is stabilizing now and we are investigating the issue as to which upstream ISP was causing the issue.

We are not seeing any network issues currently. If you are having any issues, please open a support ticket.

something is up, went to send a ticket via email and A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: support@volumedrive.com Unrouteable address cant load the website either.
