VPS Squad (Munich) down?

Anyone else having problems with VPS Squad servers in Munich? I haven't been able to ping or connect to my VPS for almost a day now.

Two of my VPS are down. Each on different node. Munich. Just to point this out - the support was very arrogant in response to my support ticket. They responded after 16 hours. WTF.

VPS is still down and no information on when it will be fixed. Quite annoying to be honest.

I strongly discourage this "service". Several times - server unreachable, many disconnections... But worst is: they delete tickets without any notice, they close tickets unreplied, the reply in arrogant matter then do not reply for two weeks, then... just close tickets :> About 2 hours ago I have created ticket saying that they can cancel my service because I don't want to pay for it anymore. Just checked: they simply closed all my opened tickets without any notice VPS Squad team - try some ITIL course, because COMMUNICATION is the keystone.

I cant belive how this company operates! When its running its running fine but when it goes down they dont give 2 shits! they do not respond to any tickets what so ever, i mean on their status page it does not mention if they have any problems. Problems do happen but at least keep your customers informed of whats going on or how long you think it will take to sort out. If any one is thinking of getting 1 of their services then please think again. When it comes to sending you invoices or asking for money they are more then happy to read your support tickets but when their services goes down your in a "how long is a piece of string" situation. This is the first VPS i have tried and on average it goes down at least once a week! is this normal for a VPS privider? Can some 1 recommend another reliable VPS host who actually responds to customer tickets? any info is appreciated and for any 1 reading this do not i repeat do not sign up with VPS unless you like to see "page cannot be found" on a regular basis.
