Hold on they are replacing the plug switch.

Switch? They said that this is a global problem with AC in the building and they are working on restoring.

Anyone know the what the exact problem was?

They aren't lying. If you take a look at the weather, the midwest - east are getting hit by a blizzard. I live in Missouri and we just got hit the past two days, 20+ inches of snow and icy roads/freezing rain. Many of the people I knew lost power, so they might be in serious conditions right now. I'm sure FDC is working on it But it's mother nature, don't blame them.

Even here in Dallas we're iced/snowed in.

Is FDC Denver down enough that this thread should just be stickied? As someone with a dedi there, I think so. FDC loves to remind you that you get what you pay for. They keep reminding me that I've been meaning to move my server for months.

I have a server there that's down. No telling when 2host will actually reboot it.
