Hello, This email is to alert customers of our Planned Service Outage Notification - TONIGHT February 12, 2011 09:00PM Pacific Time to 4:00AM Pacific Time. We have alerted our current customers via email since the beginning of February. We are also posting this alert on WHT to ensure our customers are aware of the maintenance tonight. We do expect downtime during this planned service outage as we will be upgrading the Cisco and changing our routes, the downtime is not expected to be constant throughout the whole service window. Please Note: Infinitie.net and cswebsupport.infinitie.net may also be affected during this window. Please ensure any important tickets are sent prior to the above maintenance window. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being the most important part of Infinitie Networks

It's February 13, 2011 4:15AM Pacific Time but still down, 7+ hours down time. Any update ??

Hello, Our maintenance is mostly complete. Our core is operational with initial updated routes. It may take some time to propagate. We will continue to update our twitter page with changes.
