For the last 1 hour my site has **** loads of packet loss. I finally convinced the support guy to bother to help me by sending him a ping plotter. I'm actually tired of support telling me it's me with a problem or that they can't help me because of X or Y reason. Turns out they are having issues with their upstream and why is it that I am the first to find out?

I will also add that this happened many times over the last 2 months and they kept trying to convince me it's never them with the problem. Where is the proactive monitoring? Where is the proactive fixing? and yes... the server has dropped again for the 150th time this last hour. Still not working!
