This is the most I've seen them down before, nodes 43,44, and I'm just lucky enough to be on 44 Been two hours now, and they have now stopped responding to my tickets. I have clients screaming at me over the phone right now over this, I hope they get their act together soon! Server load on mine went to 20 all of a sudden and they don't know why. Same thing on 43 it seems. Supposedly 44 is back up, but I can't get to my site at all, not resolving or jack, and of course support ain't helpful.

No server company is perfect. Your customers should realize that too.

Yes but two hours and no reply is way too much.

They came back up around 3 hours after it started, so it took quite some time but we are back up.
