Hello all, I'm having this issue for last 11 hours and the server is completely down. I posted support ticket to them with high priority but still not fixed or no responsible answer received. Their phone number also no one asnwering and it goies to voice mail only. In current month, the same server was showing many errors like 504. The server is located at DimeNOC and no idea where is the problem is . Total uptime of that server is 96.78% monitored since 2011-01-11/41 day(s). Any others also facing the same problem and any update they provided? Totally in confusion because all my clients sites are down and no way of accessing to WHM even to get the backups . Thanks semoweb. Yes seems it is fixed during the time I typed this topic. But it was down for more than 10 hours and still no reply from them why it happened and not monitored. First error was detected at 2011-02-21 10:31:00 (GMT) Last error was detected at 2011-02-21 09:12:53 (GMT) Downtime total 10 hour(s) 41 min(s) 53 sec(s). Last edited by fazsh; 02-21-2011 at 06:04 AM.

Sorry about that, I know Dime Noc has not had any issues lately so let us know what they tell you.

I imagine this is a server problem.. None of our hostdime servers have gone down.
