ServerConnect.se down

Anyone else hosted at ServerConnect? My own server, their customer control panel, status page and several other sits I know are hosted there are all down at the moment (and have been for roughly 45+ minutes).

Still down

Glad to see I'm not the only one still having issues. Some things now work: ping, SSH (login and very simple commands) and SNMP now work - sorta. I can also now see their site and status page (though they might want to fix the timestamp: the issue is being reported as fixed before it happened), but not the customer control panel. Any TCP connection requiring more than one/few packet(s) however fails horribly. My SSH connection stalls when I try the "top" command and none of my sites work, nor for that matter some other sites I know are hosted at ServerConnect.

https://customer.servainet.com/ is this still down?

That site does not load for me, nor for: The weird thing is... ping works & opening a connection works as well. But as soon as a reasonable amount of data needs to be transferred the connection times out.

A new message has appeared on their status page: Holy crap... by that time the down time will be 18+ hours! IF they get it right by then.

Still Down. Any news?

Everything is working again at my point. My server works fine, I can log into the customer control panel again and another site I also know to be hosted at ServerConnect is also back online. Cacti traffic graphs seem to confirm business is back to normal. There is only one other site that I know is also hosted at ServerConnect that hasn't come back online yet. But I don't own that site, so it could be just an individual server issue.

Oh Great. Seems like I spoke to soon: everything is down for me again. Edit: problem seems intermittent, one second a page loads, another second it won't.

Yea, Same for me too.

Our server is STILL down. 24 hours + No replies to our tickets. Edit: replied to my ticket now, awaiting reboot. Last edited by zymic; 06-03-2010 at 10:41 AM.

Their site, customer panel, and everything is now online and I can access. My box is still offline though. 24 Hour+ downtime is NOT good.

My service is down again. Also, their website is down for me. Another downtime just a few weeks later?

Posted by GHDpro, 06-24-2010, 09:42 PM
I think it would have been better to have opened a new thread, considering I don't think this new issue will be directly related to the one from three weeks ago. Anyway, everything is down for me too (my own server, ServerConnect's site and several other sites I know are hosted with ServerConnect). The only thing not down is their status page, but that doesn't give any information about the current problem.

It's back for me. Just an hour or two downtime this time.

Looks like the whole network is down again. Edit: It's back now, was like a 20-30 min hiccup or something... Last edited by TyroneBiggums; 02-22-2011 at 01:40 AM.
