Softlayer Dallas up and down ?

Anyone having trouble getting to Softlayer servers in Dallas ?. Lots of timeouts and fails at traceroute from NY to Dallas via Verizon right now. Fail point on traceroute seems to be softlayerexempt-4.border3.ext1.dal.pnap.net for us.
