SLHost down?

SLHost seems to be down for me, and has been for several hours. According to support, it's a network issue, but when I ask them about refund related to their 99.9% uptime guarantee, I get canned response. This is the second time in a short period of time I have had downtime with this provider for more than a few hours.

Still nothing, they just lost another customer.

What type of services do they supply you?

Currently we have a VPS with them. Server is up now, after 13 hours of downtime.

>13 hours of downtime Not good, have you considered a dedicated server? I recommend checking your terms and conditions in regards to their SLA.

Yes, I got a free month in return. Yes, I have considered a dedicated server, but I am not sure if that would be the best solution for me. Would a cloud VPS be better?
