Flowroute DOWN for 24+ hours

For the past 24+ hours, inbound routing of DIDs at flowroute has been completely non-functional. Outgoing traffic is working beautifully, but incoming is never reaching our PBX. Callers are being told that the number is no longer in service. Just posting this in case someone else is considering wasting their time trying to fix a problem they have no control over....

We were able to recover inbound a short while after the incident. We were not down for over 24 hours, however, we did fail to update our NOC tweets to inform everyone that the problems were resolved within 24 hours. If you are still experiencing inbound issues, please contact our support so that we can assist you in debugging the issue.
