Eleven2 - Dallas Facility - Colo4 - Power Issues

We are currently having a power issues in our Dallas facility affecting a number of servers. Colo4 (our datacenter provider) has informed us it is affecting a single PDU. We will update here and obviously any clients directly once this is resolved.

i appreciate the feedback and updates, but I've been waiting since shortly after 8am (EST) for the servers to come back. I know problems happen, 4+ hours is a long time...

THat is about what it took to get them to rewire one of our cabinets. If you have nay further issues, please submit a ticket and we can take care of you there.
