Have you had any luck? i have a premium vps and 3 other regular vps and two of them are down, I have 1 vps and 1 premium vps that is up.

nope.... and the worst is they have not replied my ticket yet its been 5 hours i have opened the ticket but still no answer {total downtime now is 7 hours}

finally my vps is up {after almost 8 hours and 12 minutes} but still no reply on my ticket

They only tell me they're working on it, no tell me what problem.Downtime is 6h16m (Pingdom)

Maybe data was lost and got reponse due to hardware problem. Not important data on this vps. only config file. i have rebuild it again.
