Site is up again from my side, but is loading very slowly. Must be network issue sorting itself out.

Hello Again, We were able to resolve the issue, things are running much smoother. We will update you again if we see any issues, but things are looking pretty good at this point.

Loaded here in Australia but it was very slow, a bit over 34 seconds to load their home page.

Maybe a network issue then as not loading at all here in the UK. No access to VPS or their sites.

They are down again, I can access my server through IPMI but not reach the internet from the server.

Yes I can confirm they're down, third network problem I've had. Having second thoughts with even going with them again now.

Hello, I can confirm we are re-experiencing some issues again, One of our customers is experiencing a massive incoming DDoS attack against our network, which is causing problems with incoming transit line saturation,we are attempting to mitigate the traffic and unannounce the effected customer. We will update you shortly.

Hello, We were able to find the root cause of this second DDoS against the customer and we were successfully able to unannounce the affected space, incoming transit should be normalizing as we speak.

I've been a client on the network for a number of years now, and this was the first time we had seen any downtime on the network. I'm sure they are taking the proper measures to prevent them from being shut down from such high ddos attacks in the future. After all, it was just short of an hour, could have happened to anyone.
