rackspace cloud issues again?

Their control panel running very slow, and our cloud server is offline. Anyone else have the same issue?

Hold up. I use them because they are bullet-proof. Is that not the case? I mean EC2, schmee-see-two... At least I can drive down and yell at them if it gets too bad.
