BurstNET Down?

Posted by RS Shamil, 02-29-2012, 09:20 AM
Anyone else experiencing significant difficulties connecting to BurstNET? Support and Services are down, and it seems like all of my servers are currently unreachable.

Seems like it was solved one minute ago. Here you can test from the router in your country for future reference: https://portal.red.telefonica-wholes...in/login.pl?en

Did anyone open a ticket and supply traceroutes? This seems to be an isolated issue, but I dont have a lot of information to go on.

It lasted for 40-50 minutes in the morning. Seems OK right now, at least from my end.

I have a monitoring system setup on a server with them and it didn't report no outage. So I must have not been affected

It wasn't an outage. It was a connectivity problem affecting some ISPs and countries including UK reported by the OP (don't know the isp) - and Panama Latin America? (ISP: Telefonica). Last edited by wwwcad; 02-29-2012 at 04:01 PM. Reason: Missing

I haven't noticed any down time or outages with BurstNET. I would of noticed something if there was a outage in there Scranton, Pennsylvania facility, and even there UK facility. A company/community I manage is hosted with BurstNET directly in there Scranton location, and their Manchester, UK facility, and all of the servers located over there that we have, have at least a 60 day uptime, and I have no reports of outages, network issues, and such. I would submit a ticket and see what the problem is, as I don't believe there is anything wrong, and if it is... it's not a huge one, as it seems not all clients are affected . -p0go.
