I can't access to the client area on their site nor to our server with them.

Their website and client portal seem to be loading fine on my end.

I was able to login to their client portal now, but my server still is down

My guess is a problem with your provider, we are having no problems.

I noticed that someone said at another community I hang on that everything is restored and the issue was resolved. Everything okay over here?

? Can you send me a link? Not sure what your talking about, we are very solid now and haven't had an issue for a while.
