Bhost website and VPS panel is down now. And, my vps is down too, cant connect. Anyone has same problem?

I reached them by phone; they said they had a switch failure, VPSes and their website should be up within 30 minutes.

That's good news! They should build Status page on Wordpress.com or blogspot to update news when their services go down. Twitter is not enough

Does this kind of thing happen often? I recently moved to BHost, everything has been wonderful so far.. but this has worried me. Last edited by RandomCoder; 03-11-2012 at 10:11 AM.

It's never happened to me before today. To be honest, obviously it was bad, but it reflects positively on them. I called them and it was ~3 am UK time, and I was instantly connected to a helpful person who explained the situation and gave me a truthful answer. I'm happy with how they handled it.
