RadixHosting is DOWN - Anyone HELP

RadixHosting is again down and i am trying to get help from various sources but i find no one online either on messenger - as their website is not reachable

If anyone has any information kindly update...

I am also radixhostng customer, I am reseller to 2 years.
Up to now radixhosting is a great server, great service, great suport,etc.
But, now this a great dirt, radixhosting is off line the more than 10 hours, doesn't inform, doesn't send e-mail, no informing anything.
Us customers don't have a site to know that this happening.
It will be that radixhosting broke, maybe closed definitively...

Hello all,

We've had some unexpected hardware issues on one of our servers, which were kindly fixed by the SoftLayer technical support staff.

@owlwiser: There is no need to panic, we're still here and we're not closing down. A server going down for a certain period of time doesn't mean that the hosting provider is closing its doors.

If any of our clients still have questions regarding this downtime, please don't hesitate to contact us by opening a support ticket.

Radix is down again. 36+ hours, no email, no notification, nothing. I don't know what to do, I have customers emailing me and there is literally nothing I can do. I'm going to lose customers over this. It's my fault for staying with them after they have proven they are not reliable.
