Staminus down - complete outage?

partially down again last time it was a switch issue |

It was related to an upstream routing issue. This lead to limited visibility. Automatic failovers could not take place because of the type of incident, as caused by the upstream.
Issue was resolved as soon as we were able to get in touch with engineering at that particular upstream. Total time of issue was roughly 20 minutes. |

Yep, just got in touch with something there via AIM. They said it is another issue with Above.net. Kind of disappointing considering we just signed up with them recently and this has been about the 4th outage. |

We had further issues today related to one of our upstream links. We have shut down that link temporarily while we diagnose the issue.
Again, it's important to note that automatic failovers do not function in lieu of the type of issue that we are facing. Furthermore, the issue is solely isolated to traffic coming inbound over AboveNet.
Everything is back to normal right now as we have shut down ingress over the circuit. We will keep it off until we deem the issue 100% resolved. |
