e-insites.com down completely?

Does anyone here uses them? We've with for years and everytime they're down they could usually fix it in hours. This time they've being down for close to 24hours and even their very own company website is down.

Does anybody else uses them? Is there any way to contact them?

My sincere apologies to everyone here and e-insites. It seems for some reason I was blocked to visit e-insites batch of IPs in china. There's no problem when i go to another location. I'm really really sorry for my lack of knowledge. I would have never imagined to be blocked.
