AIM Down?

Hey,

Probably in the wrong spot, but is AIM down for anyone else? I'd ask some friends, but everyone on MSN or Facebook is away

Aim is working fine on my end.

It could be possible that your connection may not be working.

If aim is down either AOL.com or aim.com would be blank or just not show at all.

If you want to see the severs status however.

just ping aims server
kdc.uas.aol.com

I had a problem with AIM when I had to update.

I tried on a different internet connection and was able to connect. Maybe DNS still hasn't been updated and AIM has a new server?

I tried this morning, and it logged right in so whatever the problem was seems to be fixed

With the pure size of AIM, I am sure there would be a rather big uproar if it actually did go down

Lol I'm sure there would be. I do remember though a few weeks ago it was also down- and when It came back up later in the day, a huge 4 people were on :-p.
