WireSix Outage

I have dedicated win2003 box @ WireSix, contacted them using email twice. Over 24 hour outage already and my customers are coming at me with pitchforks. Anyone else having problems?

I have not heard anything about WireSix outage. If it was a serious one I think there would be a thread on WHT in regards. Have you tried to call or use other methods to contact them? Do they have a Twitter or Facebook? Keep us updated!

None of our numerous boxes with WireSix were down at all last night...

Have you tried to reboot the box from the Device Manager of their billing system?

I've alerted Ryan of this thread so we will see what he has to say

I'm not sure who you are but I just checked and we have no tickets from anyone for an outage. Do you have a ticket id? Feel free to PM me or email our support department at support@wiresix.com

I can also confirm that there is no outage. None of our servers were offline. This thread should be renamed something else and moved to the Dedicated forum.

No outage here either. Sounds like it may be an isolated event and it appears the ticket is lost in cyberspace.

I would have put in a ticket if their system actually found my email account. I havent been able to login to their system since I got my server with them! I have sent numerous emails as well to support@wiresix with no answer.

Im going to PM whoever responded to this thread with my servers IP. Impossible to contact them otherwise.

Looks like it was a problem with my server.

Someone @ WireSix was nice enough to create my account details for me and square away the problem.
