Hey guys,

We're getting tons of reports flowing in from customers who are stuck trying to pay overdue invoices... and can't!

I can't recall the last time PP wouldn't load...

Ontario, Canada here.

Also down here.

Approx 10 minutes ago it said it would be back by 1 PM PDT, now its saying 11:20 AM PDT.

I was getting lots of errors when accessing our account ~1 hour ago. There was also very noticeable speed issues, and the 'login' box disappeared from the site for a while.

It's indeed online again but the response time is beyond slow. Kind of reminds you of DDOS symptoms.

You sure it's up? I try to login, I get re-directed to PayPal.com home page, I try to use my PayPal debit card, I get declined.

I have heard that there are some major Ddos attacks on Savvis, Abovenet and some other Providers. I have no idea if this is legit info and if this could be affecting paypal as it is just a rumor.
