They have been down for quite sometime now.

Anyone else who is with them?

Cannot even access their main website or support desk...

Hi,

We are aware of the issues. It is an internal network error and we are working fast to solve this. All clients will be compensated for any downtime

Im a long time client of Generation Host - im sure they are doing everything they can to fix the outage as they did a few months back.

An update, We are bringing back parts of the main site http://generation-host.com and expect recovery shortly.

Our 1-877 number (listed via the website) is also in use, please do not call regarding your shared accounts. We are well aware of the issue

It seems that Shared-3 Is having issues. /home/eth what is your domain with us?

Back up (within 8 minutes of the outage)

Todays 8 minute outage was caused by Maintenance to the network to help prevent major downtime like the one that happened on Sunday. I personally asked for it to happen around 1 AM tonight but my staff thought I said 1 PM.. hence the downtime
