Hello Zangar,

Earlier today our network experienced packet loss for about an hour, but other than this there was no downtime.
If you are experiencing issues please submit a ticket here. Our primary domain is not currently resolving, we are investigating this.

I think that might be the reason. I'm connecting to your domain/dns. How do I reach you guys? Even my emails are bouncing.

If I ping my server IP it also says it is down.

Have you tried accessing the Los Angeles or Denver control panels for your VPS?
Our sales/billing/support system has always been here, if you're experiencing issues please submit a ticket.

We would continue to help you here, but WHT isn't our support desk and we have no way to know who you are.

My server got back up but 2 days ago it went down and despite all my emails and tickets to contact. No one has done anything to bring me an update as to what is happening to the server and why it has remained down for 2 straight DAYS!

I would advise that anyone who want to host with Starkservers to be vary of their lack of support and updates for their customers.

Just got updated that things will be improved upon and they are compensating for this problem.

Not a very good solution but I have accepted their apology and hopefully things will go uphill from now on.
