Anyone having any latency/timeout issues with their boxes at JoesDC ?

Even their site doesn't work atm.

There may be an issue with Cogent. I am seeing similar issues on another network in the area.

The website seems to load now and I was able to put in a ticket. My sites are also better but there are still a few timeouts occurring.
